Tram Derails in Oslo, Injuring Four

In Oslo today (on Tuesday), a tram went off the rails and crashed into a store in the city center, a rare incident that involved four people and caused panic among passersby. The incident occurred around noon at a lively intersection of Norwegian towns. The tram was located at the turn, but due to unknown reasons, it derailed from the tracks and crashed into an electronics store that sells 'Apple' products on one of the streets.

The police chief of Oslo, Anders Ryvingen, reported at the scene: 'Three people were injured in the tram, the fourth was outside of it.' Initially, the police confirmed that there were about 20 passengers on the tram, but only a few people left their seats to help before rescuers arrived.

Ryvingen noted that the noise, which arose during the tram's descent from the tracks, scared the people who were in the store into fleeing. The tram driver, who also was injured, is under suspicion, as the accident might have been caused by exceeding speed limits. Offices in the building where the store is located were evacuated, and an assessment of the structural state and their stability is necessary.

All necessary measures have been taken to prevent the collapse of the building.
