Norwegian skier Johannes Klæbo, along with his compatriot Einar Hedegard, won the team sprint at the Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics on Wednesday, securing his tenth gold medal. This sets a new record for the most gold medals in the history of the Winter Olympic Games. When combining both Summer and Winter Olympics, the victory-loving Klæbo now ranks as the second most decorated athlete in Olympic history, behind only American swimmer Michael Phelps, who won 23 medals between 2004 and 2016. The United States took the silver medal, while Italy earned the bronze.
