Panama's President Arrives in Oslo for Nobel Peace Prize Ceremony

Panama's President José Raúl Mulino arrived in Oslo to accompany Venezuelan opposition leader María Corina Machado for the Nobel Peace Prize award ceremony. A meeting with the Norwegian Prime Minister is scheduled.


Within the framework of this international event, President Mulino was received by King Harald V in a joint audience with the other Latin American presidents accompanying Machado: Daniel Noboa (Ecuador), Santiago Peña (Paraguay), and Javier Milei (Argentina).

During this visit, President Mulino is accompanied by the First Lady, Maricel Cohen de Mulino, and the Chancellor of the Republic, Javier Martínez-Acha.

For Wednesday, the President of Panama has a bilateral meeting scheduled with the Prime Minister of Norway, Jonas Gahr Store, to promote and strengthen diplomatic and commercial relations between the two countries.
